Introduction:

 The component A provided in the kit can be quickly dissolved into solution, which transforms into hydrogel after mixing with Component B and C using syringes and an adaptor provided. The gel preparation can either be conducted on site by the users themselves (in situ-forming), with the entire manipulation less than 5 min, or the gel can be prepared and pre-packed in syringes or tubes by the manufacturer so that it can be used directly.
